Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 502. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing 502’s website, registering an account, or using any service through this platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 502’s services.
These terms apply to all platform users including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our services. 502 reserves the right to change, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms.
Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any 502 services.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 502 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid ID documents.
Accounts may not be shared, lent, or transferred to any other party. Using another person's account or creating fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account passwords and login details confidential. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or someone else.

Users agree not to use the 502 platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of applicable Malaysian law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software to manipulate games, identity fraud, money laundering, and any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 502 makes no representation regarding the eligibility or legality of platform use from any specific location.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions in RM
All financial transactions on the 502 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required, and no conversion fees are charged for users in Malaysia.
Deposits can be made via FPX (major Malaysian banks) and TNG eWallet. All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is successfully verified. Accounts must be verified before deposits are accepted.
Withdrawal requests require identity verification (KYC) before processing. Withdrawals are usually completed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. 502 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any withdrawal.
All transactions are recorded in your account history. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing their transaction records. Any transaction disputes must be reported to 502 within 30 days of the transaction date.
502 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or terms violation. Funds involved may be frozen pending investigation.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Suspension
Platform Liability Limit
The 502 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 502 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, system errors, or any circumstances beyond 502's control. Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure
502 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasonable cause. Reasons include violation of terms, suspected fraud, suspicious account activity, or official requests from authorities.
Users whose accounts have been suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation. Account balances in accounts closed for serious violations may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation, or permanently forfeited depending on the findings.

Voluntary Closure
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Eligible balances will be refunded after verification, provided there are no outstanding balances or unresolved issues with the account.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the 502 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, software, and content compilations — is the property of 502 and protected under copyright law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 502.
502’s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply 502’s endorsement or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
502 may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notice or email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 502 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be reinterpreted as necessary to be enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain fully in effect.
